- Managed implementation twice of remote web site host, then managed the transition with no downtime.

- Increased traffic (hits or visits) to web site by 325%.
Novell Network:
- Managed the Peck/Jones local Novell network.
- Oversaw server system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Installed and troubleshot on user’s computers: the Novell client, the Groupwise email client and the anti-virus client. Updated anti-virus client on server and user’s workstation as necessary.
